These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at robot.health (the “Website”) and your participation in the text messaging program (the “SMS Program”) operated by Robot Health (“Robot Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website or opting in to the SMS Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or participate in the SMS Program.

1. No Medical Advice; Not an Emergency Service

Content on the Website and in messages sent through the SMS Program is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The Website and the SMS Program are not monitored for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Robot Health services are not a medical alert, fall detection, or monitoring service. Messages may be delayed or not sent, and the absence of a message does not mean that anyone is safe or well.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by unauthorized means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Robot Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, modify, or distribute its contents without our prior written permission.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Robot Health is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and the SMS Program are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robot Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or the SMS Program. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

5. Text Messaging Program

• Program. Robot Health sends text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include updates and notifications related to Robot Health services and replies to messages you send us.
• Opt-In. You opt in by texting the opt-in code you were given to the Robot Health number provided with it and replying Y to the confirmation message. We will not send you program messages until you confirm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the service you use.
• Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt-Out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To resume receiving messages, reply START or opt in again.
• Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email hi@robot.health.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
• Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website or participation in the SMS Program after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
